This was my inspiration...
Still Creek - a rather long stream flowing both above and under ground through the city and only minutes away from our house. We love walking down here and playing Poohsticks from the bridge.
The way leaves travel down the stream came to mind while coming up with this hat, the rippling cables imitating the current that carries them.
It was fun figuring out the arrangement of the pattern on the hat and I quite like how it so resembles the water.
